Models now talking on-air - Page 2

I like it! But I thought it was just for certain shows.

I know a lot of times I've been watching, a caller will compliment the models, and the host will say, "They're not miked up so they can't hear you." Then the host will tell the models what the caller said.

I enjoyed seeing Vanessa's former late night show with Jacqui and Blair. All three of them and the vendors presenting talked about the show and other things!

If they are with a mic ahead of time then they are prepared to speak, no mic no speak.

Way back in the day, probably a good 10 years ago, Amy Stran had a show called Inspired Style that came on at 1 a.m. my time.

The models joined in the conversation on that show, too. I remember Jacqui being quite bubbly.

HSN has been letting the models converse for a while now also.

I like the models being able to talk during the clothing and beauty shows. They seem delightful, and I like to hear it from them (since they're wearing the item)....their experience.

I watch both QVC and HSN and HSN has been doing this for quite a while. I think it began with Colleen Lopez talking with her models and asking about her designs. I guess QVC decided to try it too.

Sorry to say I find having the models speak out is bogus. Does anyone really think they will say something derogatory?

Hi all, sorry I think it's unnecessary. What they say will be favorable towards products which after a while becomes untrustworthy. What they say means nothing to me and they say nothing that hasn't been said during presentation.

Just the host and rep please, or models demonstrating that's it 🤗

Colleen on HSN talks to the models all the time and asks them questions about what they are wearing. I think its nice. It doesn't bother me.
