2 different Jill's.  The 2nd pic of the pretty lady with the long hair is the Jill I am familiar with.  She should not cut her hair!!!

The Jill with the haircut has always reminded me of Scarlett Johansen, so of course she looks adorable! No brainer. The other Jill is a beautiful, classy lady. They both look good in anything, makeup and clothing.
