Melissa has dropped some serious weight! She has a trainer and is on the Noom diet. JTV's Melissa was on it also. It's expensive, I looked into it. I remember when she did that like 7 or 8 years ago. But, like most of us gained it back 😆!

I found that out by googling since I didn't know her either. I only watch QVC (99%) and HSN (1%) of the time...no other shopping networks.

Any time I see people losing weight now, I always assume it's from one of the popular drugs. I'm sure some are doing it the other way.

@santorini I've lost over 120 lbs and have kept it off for years now...no drugs whatsoever. In fact, the lifestyle my DH and I live has improved our health so much, the meds we were taking for other health issues we don't take anymore. We went from feeling like we were in our 80's to our 30's again

I knew about the personal trainer and I assumed she was on a diet program. She looks good. I'm still on NOOM to maintain my weight loss. When I was on the Glp 1 injections, I was also Noom. The injections alone aren't enough for serious weight loss. You have to in healthy way. Noom has several payment plans. Not sure how it works but I pay $20 a month.
