Re: Meet Our Hosts -- New Hosts Included

Four new hosts after firing 2 older experienced hosts.Hrumphh.

And meanwhile orders can be  in limbo for over 5 days. Hopefully, staffing in warehouses will be increased as well. Selling is great, but if you can't fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time, customers will go elsewhere.

New hosts....what was wrong with the  old hosts they just had to get rid of?  And for the life of me I can't figure out why.

@Caaareful Shopper  - Definitely a nice looking bunch!  I've only seen Melissa M. host a show last Sunday on Q2  and she did quite well.

With all the positive posts about TJ, I'm looking forward to watching him.

like most of the businesses, they will hire more then they need, then narrow it down to the best, and let the other ones go

Melissa McGoff reminds me of Antonella.

Re: Meet Our Hosts -- New Hosts Included

I caught some of Rachael Ellis the other evening with Ali Carr on Inspired Style. She was extremely likeable and seemed at ease in the comments she made (when Ali let her get a word in, lol). She resembled Lisa Robertson a bit facially, I thought. Seems she’ll be good.

They will need many more new hosts to fill the varied programming needs of streaming.

Broadcast is dead.  It is on its last and final legs to appease the dwindling population which still relies on it.

@They Call Me MR Wilkes

When broadcast TV is done, I'm done. I'm almost at that point now. TV and movies are the most dismal avenue of entertainment for me now. And I'm only 55.
I can gladly give it up. I won't be suckered into paying extra to stream what passes for entertainment in this country.

@Midmod   In case you change your mind....I don't pay extra money, and I've been streaming for about 7 or 8 years.

I gave up cable that tricks folks into discount games then balloons their service costs over time into double or triple what they started out paying, for hundreds of channels I never watched.  I cut the cable cord and picked the streaming channels I wanted, and come out paying far less that I ever paid compared to cable.
