I guess this is the latest strategy by QVC management to get feedback from customers.  Interesting.

I really wish they'd do livestreams asking these questions or ask us to respond here.  I don't use facebook.  There are probably many others who don't either.

I don't use facebook either. They should just use the suggestion box option they already have listed here.

I also don't do Facebook or any other social media.  Honestly, I wouldn't know where to begin with my suggestions, the list is so long--LOL!!

Not losing Facebook now is like saying you don't have an indoor toilet.  It's true of some people but not enough to matter.
