They are still using the host to create this intimacy with them. They are not friends, so maybe instead of trying to create this false narrative. QVC should just listen to what customers are saying and act on it.

 

They know what customers like and what they don’t like.

 

It's a waste of time to respond to them.

I saw the posts too. Also Jennifer and Rachael and I even heard Amy ask last night when she was on with David.

 

i can only assume this came from management? Let's see if they're listening and we see changes.

@kaydee50  No problem. Most of The lists from viewers were long and things we have been complaining about on here for a long time.

Do you remember some years ago when The Q tried to create its own social "ToGather"? I got so tired of those commercials to sign up and poof! nothing. I guess it was DOA.
