@Deb213 - Spoilers are used mostly in the Book Club and TV and Movies forums. If you have something you don't want everyone to know, like the ending to a book or movie, or what's going to happen in a TV show, you can click on the spoiler icon and type what you're saying, THen only people who WANT to find out can open the spoiler tag. Anyone who doesn't want to know can read the rest of the post, without knowing everything.

The spoiler icon is that little yellow one at the top that I think is supposed to be a lock. To me it looks a little like a smiley face, so it can be confusing!

@Deb213   It means you clicked on the wrong icon above, thinking you were clicking on the emoticon icon.  The "Spoiler" icon is a smilie so it's an easy mistake to make. Most of us have done that at one time or another.

Thanks for explaining that! Yeah, I thought it was a smiley face - that's how I got it! Then I couldnt get rid of it. No spoiler here - just trying to find this sweater....lol!
