Mary Beth on Shawn Unfiltered Show....

Well, no surprise here....one of the best ones yet. Lovely.

She really earned her stripes that Mary Beth...and QVC has known the asset in her they've had, I'm certain.

Anyway, again I'll repeat, ad nauseum...Shawn was great with her...and really is great in this niche. I say it everytime I do one of these posts...I don't always love to watch her sell items, but I do enjoy her very much on the podcasts.

She's in her element, and very good at it. It also brings out, to me, the best of who she is. Just because I don't always like watching her sell things (sometimes I will), doesn't mean I don't like her either.

Anyway...so I got teary during it.

Good stories from Mary Beth, sweet dynamic between Shawn and her, and just very open honest conversation.

Loved it. Sharing here again for all of you who enjoy these.

I agree with you about this podcast, as well as every other podcast Shawn has done. It's her thing!

I watched a good portion of it and you're right. I think Shawn is a better podcaster than host. I found it interesting that Shawn went to the Forums to see what the comments were of MBR's retirement.

I wasn't sure if the hosts read the Forums.

I'm pretty sure she doesn't go searching out the Forums usually, and certainly not about herself, and I don't blame her! I've heard her say as much. But I think she felt pretty safe searching out the comments about MB's retirement reactions, because...a) who says anything bad about Mary Beth?! and b) easier to read about someone else.

And it really made for a funny bit on the podcast~that last one she read, about "I don't think the hosts should EVER retire, etc" lolol. I'd like to know WHO among us wrote that one...it was pretty funny. 😆

What MB said about the QVC misperceptions out in the market, I have felt forever...I feel the frustration myself...I'll have friends that compliment items I have many many times...ask "where'd you get it?" I say QVC, and that funny look or snicker like...Oh....another "home shopping addict!" Her saying there's a misperception that shopping here is "inferior"...it was well said. And what she said about the QVC shopper was complimentary and I believe accurate based on the ladies (and maybe the occasional men) that chat here...we are a savvy shopping bunch!
