She's one of the few hosts I can watch.  Obviously she's there to sell, but she's always pleasant and professional, and she comes across as more real than most of the others.  She never overdoes it with laughing, gasping, and over-the-top superlatives.  She's easy to watch, and does her job well.

Re: Mary Beth Roe very honest in her presentation

I've heard Mary Beth give a whole presentation of a piece of gold jewelry and never mention that it was a piece of the resin-filled junk.  I don't call that honest.  She's about the same as the rest of the hosts, no better, no worse.

I agree.  Appreciate when the hosts point out things that may convince you not to buy.  Jill does that too.    Better to know and choose something else than have to do a return.

I think it was Mary Beth who stepped on an Oro Nuovo bracelet and it cracked.  She did well getting back to her spiel.  I agree with you that she is pretty much the same as the other hosts, just more low key.

I will defend my Oro Nuovo pieces!  I have bracelets that are just as beautiful as pure gold and one that is wide, textured, and really stunning.  No way could I have afforded it in pure gold.  I have a pair of earrings that are WOW also.  I am not buying them as an investment.  I know what they are and find them gorgeous.

That said, of course the hosts should be 100% clear on what they are.  So far, I have felt they are.  I would actually like to SEE one cut in half to tell what they actually look like inside.

Re: Mary Beth Roe very honest in her presentation

I like Mary Beth.  Some people are just born with a sweet personality and, yes, it can come in handy for a sales person.  People like sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable.  Sales people don't get paid to be abrupt or sarcastic.  It's up to the buyer to be knowledgeable, too.

By the way, MBR has mentioned the resin in her presentations.

J335890 is a good example.
