Marshall's had great deals and great products. The "only " downside is you can't find something specific, in color and size.  Well I guess I find that to be true on QVC as well.  Finally find something and size is gone, especially in petite sizes.

Re: Marshall's is great

[ Edited ]

I always find great things (especially, shoes, sneakers, boots and other things..) at my Marshall's. I'm not in there all the time, (especially now that mom is gone...she was in there practically every week, lol, would find things for me, and we did often go together)...but when I do, always have fun poking around and finding things.

Speaking of comparing to QVC...a few yrs ago, QVC had a TSV with cute snow boots, a brand from Canada, I had them in my cart, ("on check" when you used to be able to do that, to decide..)

I liked them, they were something I could use...in the meantime I had a doc appointment that was near a Marshall's I never get to, farther from me than my own Marshall's. I always would stop in when I had a doc appt. Low and behold, they had these boots, a cuter color combo than the ones in my cart on QVC...a brand I'd never heard of 'til that day, in Marshall's hours after I fiirst saw them on QVC....got a pair for $20 less than Q's pricing that day. Love them and wear them every winter.

Maybe the brand was Cougar?  I have several of their snow shoes from QVC.  Recently purchased on a free ship day two pair $18 each, may donate a pair.

A few years ago bought Le Canadienne shearling and suede boots at TJMaxx for a great price. They're made in Canada.  Will be wearing them soon as our weather changes rapidly here in Colorado.

@rockygems123 I always forget the name of those boots, but I think it was Cougar. The ones with like a "duck boot" bottom, and lace up, very cute, and they are now my favorite go-to winter, ice, snow boot...and even on just plain cold days, which we get plenty of here in CT.

Those others you mention sound nice; not aware of that brand. I love scoring at Marshall's and TJ's. Smiley Happy

I haven't been their in ages.   I always found Marshall's having a little higher end product than Ross or TJMaxx.  They are more of just one of this one of that, or maybe a few.  Not huge selection in sizes and colors. But lots of great finds. Some of my favorite pieces I still have I bought from there years ago. Some are better than others.  We have one close that is a super sized one. Nice

@rockygems123 Yes, it was that style, though not a puffer top to them, mine are two-toned brown/black leather...very cute, and go with everything. Those you showed are also very cute, and great price! I love an ivory puffer (which I don't own...all my coats are black!) with the ivory boots look. I just don't need them! I've got SO many winter boots, including several snow type boots. So I'll probably pass, cute as they are. Thanks for posting, though.

Ps...Years ago, there were the cutest snow boots, black/white nylon, laceup with faux fur puffed tassles on the laces...loved them so much, and at that time had a black/white ski jacket they went perfectly with. I'm still wearing those, though I finally donated that ski jacket last year. But....back then...when I loved something, then saw it on sale, I'd sometime buy a "backup"...well I did that twice with QVC cute boots...do you know I've YET to wear that 2nd pair! The first pair still look like new! Go figure. I've stopped that habit! Lol. 😆

Ha!  Have done the same thing.  Years ago bought a Shark robot from QVC loved it so much when on sale bought another.

Finally brought out #2 robot last year and it didn't survive well stored in its box.  Not a good backup lol.

Had to buy a new Shark robot on Amazon and will put together today Smiley Happy

PS  Love that you love snow boots, they can be so cute and clearly you need them where you live, same here!
