Re: Management should have someone reading these boards

Someone in management should read these boards BUT the number of posters who are here is a very small fraction of QVC viewers.  Management only pays attention to the bottom line and their only concern is for shareholders.

QVC has bigger problems than which hosts were let go which seems to be the focus of the posters on these forums.

It doesnt matter if the Forum responses only represents a small portion of viewers.  Retail Stores, Restaurants, Doctor Offices, Insurance Companies, Grocery Stores etc etc all send out Surveys and still use feedback provided by a small number of customers.......Customers that take time to make suggestions are the ones that care about the company and represent loyal customers who continue to buy and stick with that company, while other customers dont care and even walk away from the company quitely and dont care if it even remains in business. Its the vocal loyal customers that the company should pay attention to what they say!

That statement would hole more weight here if so many "customers" did not repeatedly state that they no longer buy from QVC.

Reading some posts I sometimes get the impression that the only caring about Q and its future is whether or not the forums will continue to exist.
