I am sure that the people on this forum is a very small sample of the buying audience. But one would think with the amount of complaints about Mally and Jane Tracy, that those two seem to have the overwhelming amount of negative threads and posts, that QVC would take notice and make some changes. But no. If anything, those two have gotten more prime time spots. So as someone else said, they are not a channel change for me, they are a Not Even Tune In. QVC’s loss as far as my shopping is concerned.

@Puppy Lips

What I wonder is how could JRT possibly still be employed based on the amounts of constant complaining about her here as you mentioned above?

HOW?  Because she must have fantastic sales numbers, that's how.

I am on the side of believing that those of us here on the boards are just a minute drop in the bucket of QVC customers as you said.

How many are posting here constantly yet say they hate Q, refuse to watch, won't buy....don't need to buy.. put SNARKY, useless remarks in bold and CAPS...etc.

Some one must be watching AND buying or they simply would not have Prime Time Air slots!

I rarely watch but shop online like others.  Personally, I like Mally and use a ton of her makeup.

@RespectLife  Sooooo true! I see numerous posters complain about the Q, say they refuse to watch, and don't buy anymore, etc. I'll say it again....why are they on this forum? There are other places to voice disapproval and complain. The snarky remarks are a reflection of them....not the Q!

8 million QXH actual customers buying stuff indicates that the constant complainers here are a tiny, tiny, tiny fraction.   And many boast that they never purchase anyway.

3 dozen complainers aren't much compared to 8 million spenders, from a business perspective.

@They Call Me MR Wilkes  Sooooo that makes it okay to complain and bash? I don't think so. It gets old fast.

This is a message board where if you post within the guidelines you can complain and bash all you want.

I guess I could use the trite response that if you don't like the thread don't read. Change to another topic.

I'm of a firm belief that if there was some behavior modification on the part of certain host or quasi host then more would be watching and more would be shopping.

Then there may be actual sellouts. Instead of the proclamation of an item being sold out yet magically reappearing within an hour or two. That happens so often it's laughable.

Here's another complaint. QVC can't get their inventory correct. Unlike HSN, when they say an item is sold out it is actually sold out.

Friday night has always been a popular night for shopping. Many of the new fashion and beauty items are featured. There will always be a given audience. There is no way of knowing how many potential
sales are driven away and lost because of antics. Can this company continue to afford that?

I don't want to see QVC fail, I shop here too often for that. But there are so many little things that this company, on the brink of bankruptcy, needs to do far better.

There is no reason for posters here not to vent and complain about their failings.

She doesn't bother me, and this is who she is and that's just fine. I have never tried her makeup line, but I just purchased my first item from her new clothing line and it's fantastic and very unique. Shawn said on the show with her while presenting it, that she started out in fashion and has pretty extensive experience and training in it. I can believe it, she may be the Q's new secret weapon for fashion.

Sorry NOT TRUE at all about HSN Stock availability!!

I tried a few years ago to get a VERY SPECIFIC product and their site said many were available, but yet when I received our digital ear thermometer (with hair attached to it!) 😝

They told me it’s Out of Stock ????

I will never forget it, because it was during the Pandemic and my family needed one!! 😳

@RescueLover

Agree.

Have used coupons on HSN only for them to cancel the items because it is not available even though it stated '30 left' or something like that.

I don't even look there anymore.
