LOL..... yep I had an order that the same thing happened to.....Im giving them a bit of grace with everything thats going on right now....but it did look like A TIME WARP occurred!!!!...

I order nothing that I need within 2 weeks. I have several purchases with estimated delivery dates that are earlier than the ship date. There's more going on than just Covid related problems. Their new shipping logistics have some serious bugs to work out.

Right now, that doesn't seem like such a big problem.  

Q has had issues with shipping and returns for years. They posted info about delays forever but no one believes them anymore because nothing has changed.  It's like the boy who cried wolf.  Now it's worse because of the pandemic and a lot of their vendors aren't back to 100% yet.

I have two items i order at the end of May and they are now going on 1 1/2 weeks as being IN PROCESS......discouraging......not sure when they will be mailed out.!
