Made the mistake of ordering a QVC electronic gift card

I read all the comments good and bad beforehand, but I was dumb enough to go ahead and order one anyway. To make a long story short, I had to call customer service twice to have them resend the email (which I never did receive), then I finally gave up and called them twice again to have them cancel the order. Now I'm just waiting to see how long it will take before they credit my account.
