ETs hair cut was beautiful and elegant. MBs is a very common old lady cut

with lots of "stacking" on the top half in the back with a tapered bottom half. 

Would look much better if the hair on top graduated to a chin length.

Personally speaking on my recent new flirty bob style from longer can't get over how much younger makes me look. Stephen true artist his techniques are magnificent! Can't say enough how happy my new style achieved everything wanted so much more. The compliments continues which best advertising for him. Stopped coloring many years ago in the process of transition pixie cut worked very well then afterwards chose growing my hair long loved that long time and now my new fun bob slight longer than chin length I'm able to have several easy styles. Hair is such a personal experience. Enjoy whatever style makes you happy.
