Re: MARTHA STEWART SKECHERS LINE

I didn't get Martha's shoes, b/c I don't need another pair of Skechers.

However, I was really surprised to see Martha. She looked so young and fresh. I don't know if it was her hair and maybe somebody did an excellent make-up for her. Or maybe a lift or some botox and fillers. She looked as young as Kerstin.

Skechers are cute but too narrow on the toes. I like Ryka's for that reason, more toe room. Clark's leather shoes are comfy too. I also would not buy a product because someone famous put their name on it. Not a good enough reason for me.

I think it was a brilliant ploy by an ad agency to portray them (complete opposites) as "Lifelong Buddies"

They go along with the charade, because it's a lucrative "partnership" for both of them.

I seriously doubt that Martha invites Snoop on vacations or to her parties on Martha's Vineyard and vice versa (LOL) Smiley Tongue

Oh  yea Martha would lol. I remember seeing them cooking together. I remember reading that it took a few years to become friends after meeting each other the first time.

She said he is her sidekick and he calls her his homegirl and they go way back lol.

@frenchie  I have not checked them out but is her name anywhere on the sneakers? I wouldn't buy it if it's there.

I am not sure why people dislike Martha so much. She is a bit of a know it all but so are half the people on these forums. She served her time in prison for insider trading which is more than I can say for many famous people.

Because she is haughty and thinks she's all that - NOT.
