@Lady Lily It is 10:12 am here in the midwest, they just popped up on my end, they never appear for me on time, sometimes it is 20 after the time they should be listed?

@Lady Lily  They are there, so you should be asking why are you not seeing them?  I see them on the home page:

If you don't see them, or when you click on that section and no items appear, go to the search bar and type in "lunch time special offers".  That always works for me.
