This is the first time I've received the wrong order. I ordered the Luminara Lotus Flameless Candle in pink (As Is) and received the Luminara Dahlia Candle in purple (As Is). It was pretty, but purple won't work in my bedroom. The As Is candle was $14 less than the regular price, so I won't reorder it at full price. I'm disappointed.
I packed it up and will return it tomorrow. I hope they refund my shipping without having to call.

Just make sure you mark the return slip as 'wrong item received', then you shouldn't be charged for the return, but keep an eye out for your return info, to make sure you aren't charged for the return fee.
