I love that I keep getting 20% off coupons from HSN. Why can't QVC do that, they are owned now by the same company.  Forget free shipping, and easy pay (which I don't use and never have) I would like a 20% off coupon from QVC.

Why can't people get their facts straight.  They are two different entities and are not run the same.  If you like HSN and like their coupons, stick with them

Hello they are owned by the same company. Why can h.S.N. afford to give coupons and Q.V.C. cannot. I also enjoy getting coupons and most of the time I use them.

Have not received a 20% off coupon in quite awhile but do have a $10 off one purchase and another one that is $5 off unlimited times expiring mid February. Items purchased have to be over $20. When I use to get the 20% coupons, almost always used them.

@LuvmyLab  TOTALLY AGREE.   I think they would buy A LOT of good will and spiked sales.  I also think many of us would FAINT, we'd be so shocked to see that from QVC.  As a shopper from the start, I'm so disappointed how downhill they have gone.  Offering coupons and more free shipping would be a good start to winning over their customers who have become disgusted, and gain them new ones.  I have never used Easy Pay, so I personally don't find that as a draw.  Free shipping and coupons...   ABSOLUTELY.

  Do they not understand that or read these boards?  Sometimes people get too high up the corporate ladder and don't feel they need to gather information that is right under their nose.

Love HSN and the way they appreciate their customers. Coupons, Free and reduced shipping they know how to treat their customers! I don’t use easy pay. It does not entice me in the least. QVC should follow HSN’s lead as to customer appreciation. Yes, they can do it. They are owned by the same company.

@rms1954 ,  I do have my facts straight, they are owned by the same company.  If HSN can give out coupons, why can't QVC. It would probably up their sales, which seem to be lacking.

Thank You Karenk.  You see my point eventhough they are run by different people bottom line they are owned by the same people. Why don.t they have the same rules. They have a lot of the same vendors. If I received a coupon from Q.V.C. I would sit up all night and look at it.  I reveive several coupons over time from H.S.N.

Because they are two different companies and are not run the same.  It's just the way it is.
