Love the Carmindy mascara but......

I finally found a mascara that doesn't smudge or flake off but I can't get if off!  It is Carmindy mascara.  At 1st I thought maybe it was waterproof so I used waterproof eye makeup remover but it's not. I even tried to use my Campinellli facial wash rag and it would not even take it off.  Carmindy, please make it easier to remove it.  Then you would have a perfect mascara!

@LuvmyLab   You need to contact Customer Service with this problem and they need to get you in touch with Carmindy CS on how to remove this mascara.

Carmindy mascara is a tubing mascara, which doesn't need makeup remover or oil. You use lots of water and a cloth or cotton round to remove tubing mascaras. Get the lashes very wet and let them sit for a bit to allow the tubes to loosen up, then use a cotton round or Campanelli cloth to gently wipe the mascara away. You can hold a damp cloth over the lashes for a bit to loosen them up.

I usually wash my face, getting my lashes very wet in the process, and at the end of washing, I use a cloth to gently wipe the mascara tubes straight down and off my lashes. The tubes should slide right off with a few passes, then I do a final rinse.

Here's a YouTube video I found of someone putting on and removing a tubing mascara: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMIcUs_C1gw

@AlisonWonderland  Thank you for the information. I will try just hot/warm water and see if that helps to remove it.  I've used tubing mascara before and never had a problem getting it off.

Wow!  I've tried so many mascaras from drug store brand to the luxury and have yet to find one that doesn't smudge or flake.  Now I'm going to give Carmindy's mascara a try.  Seems the Q had another mascara brand that formed tubes on the lashes, but darned if I can remember which one.

Sounds good to me too - I just ordered the duo.

It does come off easier if you put a hot wash rag over the lashes and let it sit there for a minute or so then I just use my eyemakeup remover to remove the rest.  Thanks for the suggestion!
