I ordered Dennis Basso blue Persian short jacket in medium. It arrived but it's too big...I would like to try it in a small (I am usually not a small)

So, I called and CS sent out an exchange in a small...it is "stuck" or lost in Florence SC. I called again...CS said they would send one out immediately.

They (apparently) did...and it is expected 1-12

The tracking is unclear...

does this always happen with exchanges?

@LTT1.  No, but that Florence distribution center seems to be a disorganized mess.

I saw title of this thread and also thought you got lost in Italy.   Thank goodness that is not the case!

I also thought of Italy. "Lost in Florence " is a great title for a novel, or a movie starring Julia Roberts.

@LTT1  I really like that jacket. I had to resist ordering it back when it was first presented. Other than it being the wrong size was it as pretty as it seems to be? If it's still available in an XS I might cave. I'm off to check!

Yep, I jumped to the conclusion that it was about Florence, Italy.

I thought maybe a new film or book and I was ready to order it!  Woman Frustrated

The warehouse in Rockymount NC burned down way too long for all these shipping issues to still be happening.

@LTT1 - From my own recent experience, no it doesn't always happen with exchanges.

I exchanged a QF dress that I wanted in a smaller size.  I mailed it back and sent an email to the QVC Easy Returns team that day.

Got an email back saying they had sent out the replacement.  I had it days later, even before my return got to them.

@SaveTheTurtles @LTT1  I saw this and thought of Florence, Alabama. I wondered if QVC had a new shipping warehouse there.

ETA: I lived near there for a while.
