Tried to watch a video on a product on my iPad and the sound was all of a sudden gone though I could watch. No problem on other sites. Any idea how to get the sound back?

Several of us using iPads have the same problem.
Have you updated to iOS 26? That's when it happened for me. Only on product videos, I have sound on the live feed. And although my iPhone has the same update, I have sound on the videos if I use that.

Add me to the lost audio customers. My older iPad is ok but slow. Newer iPad updated and lost qvc audio. I tried all of the apple suggestions and nothing changed. Hope this is not a tactic to get us to add the app. So I will just look and not hear which is fine for me.

The issue seems to be with the IOS 26 update. I haven't had sound since my iPad updated to IOS 26.2. I don't like the QVC app, so until Apple fixes the bug, I'll watch in quiet. Also the tech from Apple said the QVC website was using older software not compatible with the new IOS.

I also lost sound on videos after the latest iPad update.
I emailed the social team and requested they forward to IT.
No sound on Safari, Edge, or Chrome
i rebooted, checked various sound sources and settings.
i deleted cache.
i can watch Q live tv and watch video on other sites.
i went on YouTube and tried all tutorials to fix.
i use qvc.com on my iPad, not the app. I don't like the app.
On my desktop, my videos work fine.
it appears it is a QVC/Apple problem.
Hope they fix it soon.
thanks to all other posters - glad to read I am not the only one.

I do think or pretty sure it is the update. I have 2 iPads and the one that didn't update still has sound.
