Is it just me?  I am grossed out by long toenails, and painting them white just makes them more noticeable!

Re: Long toenails on models!

I'm with you. Don't like long fingernails either, but long toenails are a real turn off!!!

Complaining about somebody's white toenails is ridiculous and unkind.

QVC is selling shoes and clothes, not body parts.

All of the QVC models are lovely and unique in their own way!

And how in the heck do they do any kind of walking much less real exercise with them? I just don't get it.

@VancouverUSAgal ITA.  I'm with you.  Posted about this before.  It's a total turn-off for me and I can't watch.  There's no reason a person can't at least file their toenails.

I'd like to know how this is offensive if no one mentions anyone's name. And sheesh is someone can't handle hearing some people don't like long toenails they need to go hide in a bunker and never come out for fear their feelings will be hurt.

The models are here to sell merchandise and to appeal to the most customers...  besides, when I saw them I immediately thought "can opener"..... Woman Frustrated  I know.... wrong department.  BTW, the model is absolutely lovely, it was just the toenails that were jarring.

@FancyPhillyshopper    Nails are a feature of the body we can choose to accentuate or not.  Painted toe nails are not a natural feature and I don't find them particularly attractive.  Painting them white makes them very noticeable.  I'm not criticising a body; I'm criticisingvan ugly paint job.
