@ellaphant Actually, I'm sorry I missed it. I have no current need for a mattress so didn't watch but I imagine that was entertaining. I can't imagine the funny comments the Scott brothers would make. I find them enjoyable to watch and funny, and kinda cute too

I agree..When I bought my last mattress..I "played" Goldilocks..I tried out a few..

How do you return it to QVC if you don't like it?

 One of the freedoms of being my age is that I don't believe I need a 20 year wear guarantee whether I'm buying a mattress or a roof!

Almost all the mattress reviews I read when I bought my last mattress spoke  to the comfort factor but never explained their own physical issues.  Not much reason for me to take their advice!

For us, it was simple.

Shipping it directly to CA.....

The generous return policy and the fact they would have picked up the return made it an easy decision.

You can go to 20 mattress stores, and lay for a few seconds on each one in the store...but until you actually Sleep on it...many nights...you don't know if it works for you.

5 mins on a mattress in a store is no indication of how it will work for a full nights sleep....

When I purchased it....return pick up was included.

I was not watching this recent TSV since I don't need a mattress right now, so I can't attest to the policies in place now.
