Lipstick Queen order that has been on Waitlist for 11 months and No Follow-up information available

I placed an order for Lipstick Queen's Butterfly Ball Collection in February 2011. It was a waitlist order and I received information from the Q stating they were expecting the merchandise to be available by May 2011. I have tried to find out from Customer Service since the summer but I'm always told that the order is indeed on waitlist (like I didn't know this...) and no other information was available regarding the lengthy delay. I see the 3 tube collection that I ordered is still being offered as a waitlist order. I think it is time for someone to follow-up with the Lipstick Queen company and find out why the orders can't be filled and WHEN can the Q expect more inventory. Afterall, I think we the customer, deserve an explanation. I've never waited almost a year for an order. Something isn't sounding right about the Lipstick Queen's company. What's going on QVC?
