Received a letter today saying that I returned too many items in 2010 and if this continues they may stop a business relationship with me. They claim that some stores charge a restocking fee, therefore, they may start to do this.
Are they kidding me? Most of their items are overpriced (especially clothing) and the quality is not great. Also, the sizing with each clothing vendor runs differently. I may take a small, medium or large depending upon how it is made. They have a 30 day return policy so what is the problem? So much for that. I guess I will have to shop at the stores.
Did anyone else receive such a letter? I am so fed up with QVC. Even their customer service has gone downhill.
