Leaving a Review

I have a question. I am unable to review my purchases unless I get a email asking me to. I have never left a bad review so it can't be that. I was wondering if any of you have had that happen.

I have a couple things I bought that have 1 review and it is not good. I purchased the product and I love it. I was trying to help. LOL

@BalletBabe. I haven't had a problem and have done 2 this week. Got confirmation on one of them this morning. My ratings are all over the place.

@BalletBabe How do you get to the place to write a review? I usually go to my Order Status, then find the item I want to review, then click on Write A Review.

@walkingal. When I last checked, the option for writing a review wasn't under Order Status. So I went to the description and scrolled down to Reviews, where you can start one.

It usually takes about a week or so after you receive the item for the Write A Review tab to show up under your order status.

Other shopping sites do this as well- they want to give you time to actually use and test out the product.

I just wrote a few reviews recently--it takes about three days or so for a review to post.

@Kachina624 I tried everything. I might ask the social team. I get emails asking me to review and that works, but I can't go into it myself and I used to all the time.

@walkingal I have tried it all ways. I have always left reviews in fact I have over 1,000 reviews. Been shopping here a long time. LOL Never had issues till recently.

@FancyPhillyshopper @Kachina624 @walkingal OKay I discovered I can if I use the Edge browser. Don't work for Google for some reason. Weird because I have always used Google. Thanks everyone!
