I would MUCH RATHER look a bit older than be overweight. PERIOD. "Thinner" will always win out in so many ways
)
Leah is beautiful either way - most people are not. I do not know her, but she seems like a person who would NEVER make the "veiled" negative comments made about her on this board, to anyone, ever.

Overweight people are so jealous when someone like Leah loses lots of weight.... just like when Patti the host from several years ago got very thin Poor Patti was relentlessly picked on and bullies for becoming so slender.
.... I am sure it is the overweight people on this board who say how leah is TOO THIN... FACE LOOKS OLD. Leah looks just fine... so much better with the lost pounds. She does not look sick LOL!
Patti was not picked on because she lost weight, it was her complete personality change, she became obnoxious and unwatchable...
Leah is one of my favorite hosts....she looks good, and I enjoy how she does her job-- she's pleasant, calm, fun but not over the top, describes and gives good info about the merchandise ---enjoyable to watch,

I don't watch much of TV/shopping channels. I do click in every so often while watching other shows and have enjoyed Leah's presentations.
I had not really seen much of Leah lately. but knew that she had lost quite a bit of weight. The last time I saw her, the weight loss was mostly apparent on her body. Her face was looking a bit more slender.
But, yesterday I was surprised! She has lost not only body weight, but her face and neck are really lean! Very different look!!!

@cactusgal wrote:@qbetzforreal So many people thought he was talking about getting high. But he wrote that song from The Book of Acts in the Bible.
@cactusgal- yes, it's clearly about how people treat one another.

@mariadomenica Leah looks wonderful. The old saying if you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all comes to mind.

@Teddixat, one way or the other, it doesn't matter whether she expected compliments. If she did, so what? Wouldn't everybody like to get compliments? If she didn't, then I bet she is pleasantly surprised.
As you rightly imply, it's certainly not a bad thing to expect positive remarks.

What i have observed is that LEAH....Trys to not continue to conversation about her weight. When she first was losing and Doris and Susan starting going on she kind of nicely CUT IT SHORT!!!
I can't prove this of course, but I think LEAH has told the guests before they come out to keep the focus on the QVC ITEMS. IF you notice none of the guests say to much. Issac was saying how small she looked maybe 2 week ago during their show and Leah did not feed into the conversation but just said thank you.
As far as her weight, I'm think she is STILL Losing because she is continuing to get smaller and smaller. I'm not saying anything bad or good, as I know how hard it is to loose weight.
