@ellaphant having a good skin care routine does work.  I also use fillers and botox, but plastic surgery will not give you great skin alone.  You have to use good products daily. 

Not everyone can afford fillers, botox and surgery and some just plain do not want to. Everyone has the right to do what they want, when it comes to looking their best. 

I should expect nothing less from you than the usual negativity that you bring, but you are not the end all be all spokesperson of the cosmetic industry.
