It looks like qvc is actively discouraging returns while at the same time having hosts encourage people to buy and return if it doesn't suit you.

I had to call today also for return info.   Really stinks.  On hold quite some time 

    This is awful and poor customer service.   Maybe if enough people complain they will end this protocol

So glad to see a post about this! I think it is vey unfortunate for many seniors who do not have computers and printers to be able to print labels and return info.

recently Imgot tired of using MY ink to print and just wrote the info on a piece of paper, returned item paying for shipping and then sent email to QVCEasyReurns yo assist in preprocessing returns

I have been trying to get a return label for weeks now. When I try to print it from their return process it doesn't generate the label. Just tells me I need to go to the return process on the website, which is where I am trying to print it from! When they email me one it's the same label!  Grrr have asked twice to have one mailed to me but nothing as yet. I used to order a lot but now that it's such a pain to return something I am really not ordering so much

@TheMemphisVette If these are supposedly real number from QVC, I don't buy it.  I think the return rate is WAY more than 2.5%.

the percent is not relative.

the point is most do not need the docs and labels and are a huge waste
