Actually, a horse's baby is a foal. A colt is a young uncastrated male horse.

The original post did not say Lisa's horse was pregnant. It happened to mention a horse on Lisa's farm.

So actually, it's a horse who is being boarded on Lisa's property which belongs to Lisa's employee is expecting a foal.
It's expensive to board a horse. I wonder what the bartering deal is between Lisa and Claudia?
