For me, the issue isn't that posters miss her. That isn't it at all. It's more about this particular OP who posts about LR all the time and always uses over-the-top superlatives - The most gorgeous! The classiest! No one can hold a candle to her! The most glamourous! We are all envious of her life! We all want to be her and we should be so grateful that she allows us glimpses of the glamour and the luxury that she personifies! Queen of this and that, just the most glorious thing ever. She lives a life we can only dream of!

There's a big difference between saying, "Lisa Mason (or whoever) was a great host. I loved the way she spoke" and this kind of obsessed fan behavior. It's laughable to me at this point because it's so predictable. I actually find these threads amusing because they're so ridiculous and in a category all their own.

I never watched Christmas shows. And I had to assume that the poster was writing about current qvc people vs. those who retired many years ago.

Regardless, it does become quite laughable and soon the thread will be closed. Another one will bite the dust.

I so hate to be a party pooper but she never appealed to me. I viewed her as a whiner and "it's all about me" type of woman. She is gone and I never think of her unless someone here post about her. Of course, we all have our favorites host but when they leave they are gone as Gone With The Wind. IMO

I didn't watch her when she was on QVC, and certainly haven't thought of her since she left. Except when the OP goes out of his way to bring her up. It's creepy how he brings her up all the time.
