Re: LR reviews A Star is Born

Well we can rule out LR ever becoming a movie critic.  Luckily she has a day job selling cheap stuff from her sofa.

I think we can keep this to just an all around positive post. Love LR and love a Star is born. Its awesomesauce

To you it’s “awesomesauce” and to others it’s “nauseous sauce” so you will get the usual range of responses. Why torture yourself posting here—gush on her Facebook account where the review is posted and the participants are fans.

But there's no 'fun' in that.....

Who is this person who has an obsession with Lisa R. Obsessive love I guess. I see that all the time on Investigation ID. Just sayin.

What I gathered from the review is that she liked the movie, its pacing and Bradley and Gaga.

U know i could see LR and Bradley Cooper as a real life couple..hes an A list movie star and she loves to be surrounded by wealth. They would be a perfect match.

Nah.  Bradley is with a supermodel who is 10 years his junior.

I watched Lisa's recap of the week ahead and she started by wiping her nose, then her eyelashes, then continually adjusting her hair, and then calling out all the dozens of tribe names to say hi..I didn't make it to the actual recap...

They all seem to be like that.  So weird how she fidgets, wipes her nose, digs at her eyes, etc. because she didn't do it so much while she was at Q. It gets really distracting and downright disgusting.  Is it a nervous tick because she's really feeling the pressure to perform or could there be underlying health issues?  Whatever it is, it's hard to watch, especially coupled with all the boring shout outs to the tribe.  I've found that the first 20-25 minutes of her chats usually start the same way.  I've done the same--got bored and tuned out before she even talked about a product.

I though her movie review was just as lame as some of her posts and product descriptions.  She really seems to be struggling, although I appreciate her attempt to bring life to her blog rather than posting the stale food photos, sunrise photos, or stuffed animal photos.  So odd to see a 50-something woman post pics of her stuffed animals.

I think her "tribe" thinks of her as a daughter not a 50 something woman.  Seems like they're always telling her to take it easy, get some sleep, be careful driving, etc. and it's just weird. I think all the fidgeting, nose wiping, eye poking, stuffed animals and the fake laughing are little girl antics. She's a grown woman and fighting it every step of the way. That's my analysis for the day!!
