"You've already signed up once today, please wait until tomorrow."

I haven't been on my computer all day until now - it's very weird...

@SchippyLuv that happened to me too, first thing this morning. I went back in about 10 minutes later and was able to enter.

It appears to be on a 24 hour clock. Today's entry has to be more than 24 hours after yesterday's.

@SchippyLuv, They're on a 24-hour cycle. So, it has to be more than 24 hours since the last time you entered. If it's been more than 24 hours and you still can't enter again, either clear your browser cookies/cache/website data or try a different browser.

I've entered every day since it started and until this morning it wouldn't take my entry until after the 24 hour cycle was completed and then some! Yesterday it was over 2 hours MORE than the 24 hour cycle, the day before that, the same thing. Today it allowed me to enter a good 4 hours BEFORE my 24 hour cycle completed.... with no adjustments made to my computer......

Me too, I was able to enter 2 days ago but now I get the same message....

So............we have to try to remember what time we entered the day before and make sure we enter after that time the next day???? That's just plain stupid......put it on a 24hr. cycle on the eastern time zone and make that prominent in the instructions......much easier to do than trying to remember what time a person entered the day before......I have no idea what time I entered yesterday because of all the "you've already entered" messages I got before getting one entry to take.............oy!!

That is a dumb way to do it. You ought to be able to enter any time after midnight the next day, not 24 hours after you last entered. I guess that is why I was locked out this morning, but I have no clue what time I entered yesterday. So now we have to remember what time we entered. Dumb Dumb Dumb.
