Yes I have noticed this, last statement said 36% interest and they've added a v for variable.. I didn't sign up for that 6 years ago. I have zero items unpaid for since 2 years ago, at this point I am paying interest on interest!! Tried talking to somone on chat she said not allowed to talk about interest.. This month is was 57 dollsrs!!And I have no purchases..its more like 50% interest!! I don't know who to complain to, to get it fixed!!

Mine says 36% interest, and it would take 8 years to pay off!! Insane is what it is!!  None of my other credit cards are even close to this!!

I haven't used in 2 years paid double the minimum and my balance never budged..something very wrong, wish they would do something!!

I do use my Q card for easy pay at times but always pay on time and have never paid any interest.  For other purchases I use my bank card that has an interesr of `11.9% but that too gets paid off quickly.  Never would I carry a balance on the Q card.

If you are not paying your statement balance, you are incurring interest charges. Paying minimum or double minium is not reducing your balance..You need to pay all easy pays for that month. If you bought an item on 5 easy pays and this is your 2 of 5 payments, then you pay that payment and going forward each one thereafter. Just pay your statement balance not minimum. I hope I made this clear.

I love my Q card.  Easy pays go on my card and the card gets paid in full each month.  I've never paid any interest and I appreciate the incentives the Q has been giving lately.

There's a very easy way to beat them at their own game...do not carry a balance.  I have an excellent credit score and NEVER carry a balance on anything.  If the bill arrives on Monday, on Tuesday it is paid in full.  I use their money interest free.  For those who say they cannot afford to pay in full, stop buying that which you can't afford.  Really think about the necessity of an item prior to purchasing.
