I would like someone in CS to give a big hug to Emmanuel (?sp). I just got off the phone with him and I want his supervisor to know what a kind and helpful man he was. I had a complex problem that required a lot of time. He was so helpful and solved my problems.
As you can probably guess my problem was with shipping and returns. He saw immediately what the problem was and fixed it for one order and got my refunds on the other two. On one order from March 3rd the return has been sitting at Ontario since 4/12/2019 and had no actitivity.
Please let his manager know that they have a really good employee. Thank you, Emmanuel.
