Lots of names are spelled in different ways, especially these days.  I wouldn't pick on a poster for that, you know darn well who they mean.

@LindaSal The only reason i mentioned that to her is so she could find the other threads about her.

@KKJ    It's almost comical how so many posters and maybe its intentional, but butcher the hosts names. When Kerstin retired the threads with misspelling was off the charts. I've seen Ally Carr, rather than Ali and much more. I am surprised we don't see Sean Killinger posted often.

Courtney's might take the cake with the K tho. So many misspell this. I have NO issue to the O.P., but I almost think many of the posts are just inentional to butcher the names, its crazy!

If you want to criticize someone's spelling, what is tho?

The original spelling of the name is Courtenay.  There are a million ways to spell it now.

@Catch71    that is when you get into BOZO the clown talk. That would be like you criticizing all the posters on here who've abbreviated names or used acronyms, like the O.P. . Hmmm, I wonder if I have time to go thru* (there is another abbreviation for you) your 3,300 posts and see if you've abbreviated a word, shall we? LOL

@QVCTVSpree  -  My favorite spellings of Kerstin's name were:

  • Keritan
  • Kerstein

@San Antonio Gal     LOL, exactly! I can see online where people say its not that big of a deal, but in person if they misprononce someone's name to them its almost in a way the same thing! It would be insulting if done repeatedly, rather than a 1st time occurence.

I had no intentions of chastising this original poster, so I apologize if it comes off that way. I was just bringing up how many times you see it on these forums and its time and time again.

@Emeraldeyes70573  Pay no attention to those stealing your joy of the news that you were excited about and wanted to share. It is a happy story no matter how many times it's told, and we need more of those here.
