Kitchen Aid TSV (Feb) now "Big Deal on Q2" better deal...grrrrrr😤

Normally things like this don't annoy me but this time it does!

I had wanted to downsize my KA mixer (pro lift 6 qt) to a Artisan tilt head model. I searched Q and the only SS bowl model was more $$ and only a 3.5 qt. bowl and not free shipping on Q. Yes, other retailers offer it but I wanted the flex edge beater ($40) & 5 qt. bowl like I purchased as a gift for wedding from Q.

On Feb. 28 the TSV was KA 5 qt. glass bowl mixer w/cookbook offer. I ordered.

The glass bowl was not my "first choice" but the price and bowl

size 5 qt. was good value ($259.98+ free shipping). Once I received it I was surprised

instead of "Artisan" it's says "Custom" whatever this means! I'm not thrilled with it - the bowl is very heavy & hard to lock into place...but kept it! (Return fees $$).

I ordered it based on the endless hours of the presentation every host including the vendor rep said "This is the ONLY KA stand mixer TSV for the year - you will NOT see this offer again!"

TODAY I get email pre-sale Q2 Big Deal on 4/11 is KA Artisan tilt stand mixer w/ss bowl & fresh prep attachment ($40-50) included for $259.88 w/free shipping.

NOW this "Big Deal on Q2" on is a great deal!!!!!!

I'm annoyed because I feel QVC was not "truthful" about their claims during TSV presentations and NOW the KA Artisan 5 qt. ss bowl mixer I really wanted is better price& attachments vs a cookbook😤😤😤😤😤 (i never sent for cookbook I didn't want or need it). In addition, this model didn't come up when I did a search prior to ordering.

I inquired with CS today the rep didn't know there was a upcoming Big Deal for KA. I explained as I did here. She said I could return but at my cost since it's not defective & eligible for "free" exchange not same model.

Just wondering why they (Q hosts & vendor rep) we're allowed to give out false information ...oh I know it's a sales ploy but IMO if the hosts say only TSV of the year I believe it!!!

Not very good business QVC as I've been a long time customer & first time I am MAD at being deceived (if that's the right word)! It's just a little over a month since a KA was TSV -- guess because it's on Q2 it's ok to make false statements.
