Just happened to pop into the LugLive app now and saw that she's on with Ami, who's been teasing "a new rep" would be on with her today. They have SO many people doing this for them now...a ton of reps on the app, on TikTok, on IG live. Feels like overkill to me, but it must be workin' for them!
I'm not really a Kerstin fan. I do watch Debbie, Gabrielle, Sally, and Bruna, and have bought from them. I have enough Lugs & I do use them.
They've been doing these "duo" shows this week, not a fan...way too much talking over one another...can't watch those. Plus they've adjusted their app in a way that on an iPad it's blown up too big now, out of range. Weird.
Anyway, just posting for anyone interested. Tried to put this in "Community Chat" (as she's not technically on Q) but that page just would not come up for me.

I hope she's prepared for the instant feedback and the issues that seem to persist with Lug. They seem to be a difficult company to work for. I feel sorry for Bruna who seems to be the only one when I did invest time over there that understands the customer experience and how important it is not to mess it up.

I don't know about any behind the scenes issues...I have not had any customer issues, not in quality, shipping or any help I've needed online, response was quick and helpful. Bruna is a doll...one of the best...she really goes above and beyond to help everyone. Gabrielle, also very professional with good presentations. But I don't watch that much anymore...like I said I have enough. But I'll pop in sometimes for a bit.
These "duo" shows this week are annoying to me, lol..and some of the silly crazy shows are not my thing. But whatever, just like on Q...to each their own, someone for everyone, I guess.
I have gotten great deals on the app, for things I've needed and use for travel.

Thanks for the info @amyb I received an email about a new host but forgot about it.
They don't seem to be creating much new - just update the sixth coupe, ranger, etc. in new colors.
Has anyone noticed they haven't had a TSV in ages. A couple big deals; but no TSV. IHKWIP seems to have taken over in the nylon bag category.

@amyb I am still in some of the FB groups. I walked away from it a while ago. There are a lot of long time customers who have had other issues lately separate from what you've listed.
Not my issues anymore because I wasn't a fan of the instant billing and shipping time, but I think Lug makes a good product. I wouldn't have as much of it if they didn't.

I have to wonder why they sell on so many platforms. They have their website, lug live app, lug life app, qvc, IG, tiktok & maybe more.
Why don't they just put sales & specials on their ONE website & send emails like everyone else does? Why do they have to pay all these salespeople on multiple
platforms?
Their website, aside from descriptions, is practically useless. They don't use it to sell.

The more platforms they are on the more customers they can reach.
I am aware of LUG because of QVC.
