Has anyone tried Kerstin's castor oil detox? She is promoting this castor oil protocol for liver ailments and toxicity and I am wondering if anyone has any testimonials good or bad? My Nana who just turned 80 was just diagnosed with NAFLD, being NON-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Otherwise, she is in good health for her age and NO other ailments and a good healthy weight.
I am kinda scared to have my Nana take Kerstin's health advice, whether or not she is a "certified health coach". However, I know pharmaceuticals can also overload an already toxic liver. I'm wondering if maybe milk thistle or some other herbs would be best. Just wondering if anyone has tried out Kerstin's home remedy?
I am certainly NOT going to pay Kerstin $200 for the health protocol coaching advice, so thought maybe some here might have some advice.

Is there no end to her talents. She is a spokesperson for jacuzzis and protein drinks, a fasting coach and now a castor oil for liver ailments. I am in awe. ![]()

It seems she goes with whatever makes her money. Jack of all trades master of none.

My understanding from those in medical in my family is that Kersten is not qualified to give medical advice. She is a life coach and she is a salesperson. She makes a living by selling. Please take heed before trusting your health and your life or a love one's health to a QVC ambassador, life coach or not.

There is no way on this earth that I would take any health advice of any kind from Kerstin. Please speak with a Dr or maybe a nutritionist before giving your Nana anything.

LOL. Surely, you are being facetious @QVCTVSpree regarding your nana and taking advice from an internet schooled, certificate holder?
Kerstin was pouring something in her navel last time, she came up on my feed? The first thing I remember my nutritionist told me back in 1970 when first diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes was to never take any one seriously if they were trying to sell me supplements or products designed to line their pockets. I took her advice then and have never been sorry. Even 55 years years later....

@QVCTVSpree For your Nana's NAFLD, I would use the supplement choline for that. It's an essential nutrient, part of B vitamin group. You can look up dr. Berg's yt video for more info

Respectfully, He's a chiropractor. He sells supplements. He was reprimanded by the medical board and can be found on Quackwatch. And the only advice her Nana should take is from her personal physicians.

You can get your "Certification of almost anything" online!
I have a friend who has gotten several that way!

Just like Judy L. Only go by what her doctor says-you can always ask for a second opinion-you need to keep your granny around.
