When Katie was hired I thought QVC had recovered their senses. I enjoyed her clear, pleasant delivery so much. Then they let her go, kept the hi-jinks crowd and hired a bunch of people who would have been easily rejected when QVC ruled tv shopping. Boggles the mind.m
