Kansas City Steakburger

Just watched the Kansas City Steakburger presentation. They offered bacon/chedder. Went to order 24 count offer. No bacon/chedder. It didn't say sold out. Called. Was told not available in 24 count. May have sold out?! So you can't get the 24 count $20.00 discount. Why wasn't it told during the presetation not available in 24 count. QVC staff member was not very friendly. Frustating!
