@panda1234  That’s definitely a QVC first!!

 @Shanus    You are right, it is usually the other way around. I think it happened because this host is new.

Is this who you are talking about? @panda1234

IMO this rep does a great job (with home/ holiday items). She let the host talk,.

Op are you talking about Jenine Graff? (I just found her name)

@panda1234

She is a great rep and could be a host. I like her holiday presentations.

Re: Just watching the Luminaire presentation

@missy1 Maybe I caught her at a time when she was overly enthusiastic.

I work with someone who didn't make it as a host but was asked to be a vendor rep, maybe that is what happened here.

Maybe you caught her on an off day. IMO she is a great rep. She explains things so well, and she has a pleasant voice. We all have  different likes.

Not to beat this drum again, but at one time, I probably had 25 of these candles.

All died in less than 2 years.

My Candle Impressions are still going.

And, yes, Luminaire are too expensive.  Maybe I had a bad batch, but I won't buy them ever again.

The vendor probably had to talk fast to convince buyers they were worth the cost.

 @Witchy Woman

I absolutely agree. I have six Luminaire candles in lanterns that have stopped working. No more purchases of this brand for me.

@Regal Bee

It's a shame, isn't it?

I contacted them through their website twice and got no response.

They were all too old to return to Q, so, I just dumped them and felt terrible about the wasted money.  Tried everything to get them to work, but it was pointless.

They all took D batteries, so it was expensive to keep them running anyway.

In a way, I'm glad they are gone.

@TenderMercies

Same!  Most of mine are at least 5 years old; maybe older.  I have never had a problem with any of them, except for recently.  It actually came broken (way to go QVC Quality Control).  It lit up, but the flame didn't move.  Called QVC.  They are supposed to send a replacement (the candle was part of an outdoor lantern I purchased).

All of mine are on timers.  And they are used 365 days a year Smiley Happy
