I received a call inquiring if I was happy with the customer service I received when I called with an issue. They wanted to know if CS resolved the problem.

I, too do not fill out surveys - for anyone or anything. I’m not giving out my information to anyone. I’m not doing their job for them. My time is as precious as theirs is. If they want me to give them feedback then they need to compensate me in a meaningful manner.
