It seems to be on all clearance.  I just purchased 2 home items and 1 pair of pajamas totalling +$75 and got free shipping on all 3 clearance items.

I assume then that the "home" items purchased individually had free shipping attached.

I see no where on the website that all home clearance items have free shipping, much less All Clearance.

Nope, Simply Stunning Clearance Brass Hurricanes H265621 and "As Is" Hay & Harvest Pumpkin H425757 both show shipping charges.  I also purchased a pair of Isaac pajamas and got free shipping on all 3 things. 

Didn't realize free shipping on clearance anything was a thing and was surprised to receive it.

it may be some kind of a glitch.

i tried to put the two hurricanes into my cart and went through the entire checkout process up until hitting submit. it showed $11 shipping.

i put in one hurricane and one clearance fashion item and it gave me the "promotional discount" with no shipping fees on either one.

maybe because you put in the one clothing item that was clearance it triggered the free shipping over $75? lucky you!

That might be it, the clearance pj's made it so all 3 things were free shipping. Can never figure out QVC's rhyme or reason, but this time things worked out for me!  

Edited to add:  Just played around adding 2 of the Simply Stunning Lanterns to my cart along with the clearance Isaac pajamas A470366 to make sure my total was over $75 and all three things came up with free shipping. Worth noting if you plan to order anything in the next couple days. Hopefully you'll get lucky too!
