When I have to wait so long for an item to arrive, I seem to lose my interest in the item.  Invariably, by the time it finally arrives, I end up returning it.  Could be a good thing on my part and a bad thing on QVC’s part.  Hmm.

If you "invariably" order and return at some point the situation will be self-resolving if the practice continues once you get the dreaded too many returns letter from Q.

@Qvcjfo    What do you order that takes so long to arrive?  I order mostly clothing and it usually ships in 24 to 72 hours and I receive it a few days later.  Not a big deal.

Tell me, what is the too many returns letter? Are you banned from returning any more items? What is the point of the letter and how are you penalized or reprimanded?  Just curious...

The letter is based on a percentage of returns made vs purchases.  It's a warning and suggestion to make wise purchasing decisions.  It's a precursor to having your account frozen if not corrected.

The only thing I've ever ordered that took an unusually long time was the Jitterbug Lug bag that was a TSV back in February. I knew when I ordered it that Lug was shipping very slow, but it didn't matter because I was buying it to use in the Spring. It was a bright neon color that I wouldn't wear with a winter coat. It took a little over three weeks for me to get it, but I didn't start using it until mid April. By the way, I love it and get a lot of compliments on it. It's the brightest colored bag I've ever owned. No way anyone is going to lose me in a crowd! LOL

@Kachina624 Depends on where you live can determine travel time. B/C you get packages rapid fast doesn't mean everybody can....

I happen to live out in the middle of nowhere.  Albuquerque is hundreds of miles from any major metro area.  However, I think most areas get equal shipping services with all the terminals and partners.
