I'm just amazed, ha, ha, that it's more than $3 off. The $7 or so it is off is the same $7 they're charging for shipping. Everything about their clearance policies are odd to me. Rarely a good deal, once in a blue moon something is half off. I've given up stalking items for clearance. The time it takes had never been worth the savings.

The heading says "take advantage of the latest markdowns". So that indicates no other markdowns have been made since the ones listed. I wonder how a jury or judge would interpret the advertising. It is definitely untrue, thus a lie. I don't know how the "truth in advertising" laws work, but you have to admit this is definitely false advertising.
