Why do people try on clothing when they are wearing perfume?!!!

An even better question is why did QVC send it to me as NEW and UNWORN?  This should have been sold as an 'as is' item.  I sometimes wash clothing before I wear it but I like it to be my idea, not a necessity.  Returning it would be a hassle.  Besides....we're on lockdown/shutdown.

Come on people do onto others as you would have them do onto you.

I hate to say this but a good friend of mine who is now deceased would routinely buy outfits from Macys, wear them one time for special occasions than return the outfit.  Many stores had a no questions asked policy as long as you had the receipt.  It may be wise for stores to reconsider returns because Dr Fauci said the virus can remain on clothes for 72 hours.

Several years ago, I received some “as is” items with a perfume smell.  I finally concluded, after several washes, that it might be something connected to manufacturing or shipping & given a perfume-y scent.  Just an idea.

But it was just one area, though.  The pants and. Most of the top had that new smell, like sizing that is normal.  The top, right side had the perfume scent.

Wearing it and returning it is one thing, and QVC gives you the option to return within 30 days, but selling it again as a new product?  That's messed up.

If you still have time, SEND IT BACK; it's worth the hassle.  It's not a new item.  File a Consumer Complaint with the PA Attorney General's Office; you can do that on-line.

Am pretty sure returns are not opened and inspected much---other than to get the return invoice out of the package---then-passed down the returns line and dealt with---make up and skincare and hair stuff is prob dumped and clothing give to charity---most times anyway.
