I just opened a Q card account this morning and was told that I could use the $10 credit that was being offered for opening the account during the month of February right away. When I went to make my online purchase there was no $10 credit. When checking my account I'm not seeing a $10 credit, either. I spoke with a CS rep and she indicated the credit would be in my account. Has anyone else had this problem? When did you receive your credit after opening your new Q card? Thanks in advance for your help!

@Want2BCozy The $10 eGift Card Offer says QVC will send the $10 eGift Card to new qualifying QCard holders by email 6-8 weeks after the Promotional Period ends.

I opened my account back in the early fall and never received my credit- I called cs shortly after holiday time and they put a $10 credit into my account.
