I always call back again if no satisfaction. The next CS is usually corporative. The best CS is Amazon. They were able to cancel an item that was a few days in the ordering mode from an outside seller. They e mailed the seller not to ship and to cancel because I found the item cheaper somewhere else. Amazon CS rocks, never a problem

I, too, have received a price adjustment on a couple of occasions. My understanding is that they will adjust the price if it goes down within 30 days of your order date, and they stressed the order date. Once the price of a coat went down and it was maybe 33 days since my order date and they said they couldn't do the price adjustment. Otherwise, I've had no problems. You could always ask to speak with a Supervisor and find out if their policy has changed.

I just had this happen to me. I started a thread. I ordered 3 scarves on a Sunday night and the next day, it was a lunch special. I tired to place another order for 3 more scarves and I was going to go back and delete the order from the previous night. I kept getting error messages, called customer service and the rep told me she would honor the pricing on the order placed the night before. Two weeks later, the credit never arrived. I just called customer service and they told me corporate cancelled the credit and said I received the lowest price. Geez.
